Born in Senegal 🇸🇳 and raised in France 🇫🇷, Chef Ami’s culinary journey has always been rooted in bringing people together. After graduating from the Culinary Arts Institute of Colorado, she spent 10 years growing a successful catering business, sharing her passion for exceptional food across the community.
Seven years ago, right before the world flipped on its head, Chef Ami took the next big leap and opened her very first restaurant—side by side with her sister. Together, they poured their hearts into building a space where rich heritage and elevated flavors could meet.
When 2020 hit and COVID changed everything, her sister moved back home, but the heart and mission of the restaurant remained unshakable.
Our concept has always been simple yet profound: sharing our heritage with the community through food, warmth, and hospitality. Every plate served is a homage to where we came from, and every guest who walks through our doors becomes part of where we’re going.
