We are so excited to introduce our brand new Saturday brunch this Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM! Amazing amazing meals from salmon with a delicious horseradish sauce to chicken or tofu Chilaquiles! And so much more for vegans and non-vegans alike! Please note we are open for dinner this Thursday night. We are open for lunch Friday and Saturday, but closed for dinner service on both of those nights Due to the holiday weekend. We are open Saturday for coffee counter service 10 to 2. Come in for a great cup of coffee or a Matcha latte! We are so happy to have you a part of our community!!!

DELAFIELD | A little local flavor goes a long way. ☕️

Our Irontek Delafield coffee bar is made a little sweeter thanks to our partnership with Well House 1900 , a local café, shop and event space right here in Delafield.

Owner Meg Michaelson and the Well House team provide our location with their homemade organic coffee syrups, giving our members plenty of ways to customize their cup—from classics like vanilla and caramel to favorites like lavender, pistachio, banana bread, black cherry and turmeric.

We love finding ways to bring local businesses into the Irontek experience—and this is one of the sweetest examples.

At Irontek, our coffee supports our community.

We use Rockstar Microgreens in so many or menu items as well as our grab and go!

Worried about the safety of our greens? Rest assured!!! You are getting the safest, freshest and most nutrient dense greens without the worry of what can come with sprouting. (Sprouting on a mass scale seems to be where the trouble lies. Small batch sprouting tends to be less of a risk).

Sprouting is the use of seeds and water only. At Rockstar Microgreens, we use best practices when it comes to “clean growing”: all non-gmo seeds(some are organic), ProMix Organica soil, Gaia Green organic fertilizer, perlite (approved for organic use) for assistance with drainage and, water. That is it. Clean Greens, grown with intention!

Now, where to find us? Grow space: located at 888 Thackeray Trail, Suite 208 in Ocon. (Call/text/email as we don’t keep conventional hours). Come check us out!

We partner with a few local markets, cafes and stores, where they offer our packaged greens: Stone Bank Farm Market, Well House 1900, Full Spoon Grab&Go(I’m overdue on a restock here!), DAILY DOSE Juice Bar Pewaukee , Brick House Mercantile & Artisan Kitchen, & Health Hut in Brookfield and Mukwonago! (Interested in offering our greens to your guests? Please reach out!)

You can also find us at the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market on Saturdays 8-12, through October. (Although, we are gone this weekend (up north!) and 9/19(Nephew’s wedding!)

This fall/winter, we will once again be holding the Oconomowoc Winter PopUp/PickUp Market as well as participating in the Lake Country DockHounds winter market days.
