It’s 4th of July weekend and we are starting the celebration early!

Every Saturday from 7:45am-8:30am you can get your Burn on with a killer workout right here in our lot at , and then catch your Earn directly after with good food and drinks from ! This Saturday, will be bringing the Burn. 🔥 No registration for this weekend’s class. Bring your friend and a mat for this FREE event!
Burn & Earn is weather dependent. Check back here for day of cancellations.

The race (timed, for you hard core runners) kicks off at 9am at Liberty Park and winds through beautiful downtown Delafield. Finish up and head to Belfrē Kitchen’s parking lot for a post race party with live music by , food and beverage offerings from and more!

The forecast for Saturday’s Delafreeze should be warmer than freezing, but we’ll still have some of your cold weather favorites! We’re opening the hatches next Saturday, January 14th for Delafreeze 2023! Snow Dogs, interactive ice carvings, ice skating, and more all happening in Downtown Delafield!
