What a weekend, Deer River! 🧡🍂

Thank you to everyone who showed up to support our small town during Harvest & Huzzah! I know every business was so grateful to see you walking through their doors and checking out what our little town has to offer with such creative minds pouring their passion into their businesses!

And if I thought Code Brew was busy yesterday… today said, “Hold my coffee.” 😂 We started with FOUR people working—including one who is still learning and doing absolutely fantastic! 🩷 We ended up calling in TWO more people to help because we simply could not keep up!

Through all the chaos, you waited patiently for your drinks and food, gave us kindness and grace, and reminded us why we love doing this. We appreciate you more than you know. 🥹🩷

To everyone who shopped, grabbed a drink, tried something new, or brought a friend along—thank you. You helped make this weekend something special for our small town.

We’re home exhausted, but so incredibly grateful. Thank you for showing up for Code Brew and Deer River! 🫶☕

Today was officially the BUSIEST day we’ve had in the 10 months Code Brew has been open! 🤯🩷

Thank you to everyone who came through our doors today—and for being so patient when things got completely chaotic! The way you all show up and continue to support our little shop is absolutely amazing and so appreciated.

I might be exhausted, but I couldn’t possibly be more grateful. 🩷 I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow!

I had planned on sneaking out to explore some of the Harvest & Huzzah festivities today… 😂 That definitely did not happen, so maybe tomorrow!

Otherwise, someone’s totally going to have to bring me some pulled pork and a caramel apple, because I NEED those in my life. 😂🍎

🥒 We’ve got good news and bad news…

BAD NEWS: I seriously underestimated how much you guys were going to love our dill pickle sourdough bagels… you wiped us out by about 1 o’clock today! 😂🥯

GOOD NEWS: I’ll have more ready tomorrow morning! 🙌 Apparently, my evening plans have been decided for me. 😂

Fun fact: I’ve been baking sourdough bagels at home for about a year and a half, and it makes me so happy to share my recipes and make them at the shop with you and see you enjoying them this much! 💜

Code Brew will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, October 8. My daughter is sick, and with our small family team, I won’t have the help needed to keep up with both drinks and food on my own.

Closing is never an easy decision for me, and I appreciate your understanding. 🩷

We have extra help scheduled for Harvest & Huzzah, so we’ll be open Friday and Saturday and look forward to seeing you then! 🍂🥤
