Hello Taco Lovers,
Have you ever imagined what a German style taco would be like?
We have imagined them for you. This Saturday at Klockow Brewerys annual Klocktober Fest celebration.
Ok, Imagine bratwurst style sausage in a warm tortilla piled with sauerkraut, Russian dressing and shred cheese and there you have it, a German taco.
The event starts at noon and we'll be serving until 7pm.
Come on by this Saturday the 26th.

Hi again Taco Friends,
This Saturday 9/12 we'll be serving authentic Chimichurri and grilled chicken tacos as our special of the day.
This recipe originates from the Argentina and Uruguay region during the 19th century.
There is dispute on how the name Chimichurri came about but there is no dispute on how well this wonderful salsa pairs with grilled chicken.

Greetings Taco Lovers:
This Saturday 8/29 we'll be at our two usual locations. From 8am-1pm we'll be at the Grand Rapids Farmers Market and then, right across the street we'll be serving from Klockow Brewery from 3pm-7pm.
Our daily special will be grilled chicken tacos with a bourbon glaze reduction.
Of course the bourbon is always Old Crow, the first and original sour mash.
Non drinkers need not worry, the alcohol is evaporated out during the reduction process.

Greetings Taco Lovers !
Now that our locally grown sweet corn has hit the street, it's time for grilled chicken tacos with fresh sweet corn and pineapple salsa. This is the perfect taco for these warm days.
Please note that there is a slight variation in our usual Saturday locations.
We will begin serving at 11am at Klockow Brewery. Due to staffing shortage we will not be at the Farmers Market this Saturday.
Come hungry and stay for the live music at the brewery.

With repairs completed to our LP gas system we are back to work this Saturday at our usual locations, Grand Rapids Farmers Market 8am-1pm and Klockow Brewery 3pm-7pm.
