I woke up with this song in my head this morning. The first person to correctly come down and order the name of the Illinois town that was mentioned in the song, gets a free entree for you and your work buddy.

Today's special is the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Toastie for $8. It'll help WAKE you up this Monday!

The food truck is open today from 11:30-1:30. We will be OFF CAMPUS on Wednesday for a Health Department special event.

Come see us this Saturday, August 22 from 8am-3pm at Kirby Medical Center in Monticello, IL. We will be serving breakfast until 11am and then our regular gourmet cheese toasties and mac & cheese bowls!
