At Fatback's, we cook our barbecue low and slow on fresh-seasoned hickory wood to bring out the natural flavors of our cuts of meat. We serve up the best smoked ribs, pork, brisket and chicken in town. Low and slow; it's how Fatback's does barbecue, and that's all we do.
