PSA : We do smoke fried wings!! Not straight smoked not regular fried wings but smoked fried wings. When smoking meat or just chicken your meat can develop a PINK SMOKE RING. This is a chemical reaction from the gases and wood burning. This does not mean that the wings are not done. I smoke them for 1hour 30 minutes at 230 degrees then we bread them and fry them at 350 degrees . I promise you the chicken is done and it pulls temp. I stick a thermometer in every piece of meat. I also have specific thermometers for different cuts of meat. The internal temperature should pull 165 degrees or greater . This is a disclaimer that way everyone will know before purchasing.
