In our kitchen we only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil imported from Italy. Why does it matters:

đź«’EVOO brings a natural fruitiness and a subtle peppery finish, giving every pizza or salad a deeper taste.

đź«’Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats, allowing us to cook without the additives found in refined seed oils.

đź«’Cold-pressed EVOO is extracted mechanically rather than with heat or solvents, preserving its integrity from harvest to bottle.

This is the kind of detail we don’t compromise on.

Brunello is one of Tuscany’s most famous wines, and for good reason. The production method is protected by law, the flavor is unique and the aging alone takes a minimum of 5 years before it even reaches the table.

Flavor features: 🍒dried cherry, 🍇plum, hints of leather and 🗻earth, firm tannins, a long warm finish.
