Snappy Salads is proud to use California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Reggiano Parmesan cheese, 3-leaf Balsamic Vinegar, and many more quality items that reinforce their commitment to only serving the best. All of our cups, salad containers, and utensils are biodegradable. The shirts that team members wear are made from either h**p or organic cotton. They use a revolutionary environmentally friendly cleaning method that eliminates the need for harsh chemicals. Each restaurant features long gathering tables, chairs, and such made of reclaimed wood salvaged from various and interesting places. The countertops are made of recycled porcelain, b**r and w**e bottles, and the lighting in the dining area is low-voltage LED running on less than 350 watts. All take out containers, cups, and utensils are biodegradable.
