Chef recently traveled to Brisbane, Australia, for an immersive visit with our Westholme Wagyu purveyor, getting an up-close look at the cattle stations where the premium Wagyu featured on our menu is raised.

A special thank you to Debra Funk for hosting this incredible educational experience and bringing together chefs from across the U.S. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow chefs, learn more about the people and practices behind Westholme Wagyu, and see firsthand the care that goes into raising this exceptional beef.
