Crisp whites like our Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis, bold reds like the Rex Hill Pinot Noir or Leviathan Cabernet, plenty of bubbles, and a few special reserve bottles like Opus One for when the occasion calls for it.

The perfect meal doesn’t exis— or does it.

A crisp green leaf salad with strawberry vinaigrette, crispy parsnip, radish, feta, and basil. A little taste of what’s in season now, with plenty more to come. Paired with a Brick & Bramble and whatever soup is coming out of the kitchen that day.

Turnips and Radishes: one of our sides on the summer menu. 🌿

Grilled and paired with a house-made tzatziki, grilled radicchio, and fermented lemon. The radicchio mellows out on the grill, and the fermented lemon brings the acidity to cut through the tzatziki.
