Still thinking about yesterday on the farm.

The fifth annual Thistle Whistle Farm Dinner + Pepper Party brought us together to celebrate another growing season (which wasn’t easy) and the people whose work makes these meals possible.

Thank you to Mark and the Thistle Whistle crew who work tirelessly to grow food with heart, our Chef Anthony Nelson and the Two Twelve team, and everyone who joined us around the table. It’s a privilege to cook at the very place where so much of our inspiration grows.

At Two Twelve, live fire is at the heart of what we do. It brings out the natural character of each ingredient, creating bold, layered flavors through a cooking process that is simple, elemental, and deeply rooted in tradition.

If you’ve been meaning to make it in, now’s the time. Come in for one more dinner, one more cocktail, and one more night around the table before we close out the season.

From the kitchen to the dining room, this is the team that makes it all happen. The early mornings, the prep, the busy nights, the plates leaving the kitchen, and all the little details in between.

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who bring their time, talent, and energy to Two Twelve every day. Good food starts with good people, and we’re lucky to have this crew behind it all.
