The Philly Hut Best Cheesesteaks around! Come check us out!! The Cheese Steak Legend. The Philly Cheesesteak was born in the early 1930's. Come Travis out. It's soooo good!

Pat Olivieri was a hot dog vendor in South Philly when out of the blue he decided to put some beef he had bought from the butcher on his grill. A local cab driver noticed the alluring aroma and asked Pat for his own steak sandwich. Well the rest was history, rumor of the steak sandwich spread and cabbies around the city were flocking to his stand. Soon after, Pat opened up shop on 9th street and Passyunk Ave. Today, Pats King of Steaks is grilling 24 hours a day. Here at The Philly Hut we have 20 years of Cheesesteak experience. You won't be disappointed.

Our Philly Hut family needs your help ❤️

Many of you may remember Marina, one of our original team members from when we first opened our doors, and Mia, who is currently part of our crew. Right now, their family is going through something incredibly difficult. Their bedridden mom/grandmother has been diagnosed with lung cancer on top of many other previous health issues, and it has turned their world upside down.

As a family-run business, we believe in taking care of our own—and right now, they need all of us. One of the biggest challenges they’re facing is simply getting to and from her medical appointments. Transportation alone is costing $400+ each trip, and it’s quickly becoming overwhelming.

There has been a GoFundMe set up to help support them during this time. If you’re able to donate, even a small amount helps more than you know. And if you can’t, sharing this post can make a huge difference.

Let’s come together for Marina, Mia, and their family the way The Philly Hut community always does.

Thank you all for your continued love and support ❤️
