We just got in a fresh batch of Rock House Farm & Creamery, one of our favorite local producers! Supporting local farms means bringing you products that are fresh, high-quality, and made with care. 💚

What makes their dairy so special? 🥛

✅ A2/A2: Produced from cows that naturally make only the A2 beta-casin protein. A2 dairy is reported to be easier to digest for those with intolerances to traditional dairy.
✅ Low-Temperature Pasteurized: Preserves the rich, fresh flavor and many of the natural qualities of the milk.
✅ Non-Homogenized: Just the way nature intended! The cream rises to the top, giving a rich, creamier product. Simply shake before using, or enjoy that delicious cream layer!

📝 Recipe Wednesday! 📝

This week we’ve got a delicious Sausage Alfredo!

This is a great meal that’s simple, and easy to put together for those busy weeknights. 🍽️

Ingredients:
- 16oz package of Antico Pastificio Morelli pasta
- ½ cup Landmark Creamery unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- 3 cups of Southern Swiss Dairy, LLC heavy cream
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 1 ½ cups of Jensen Reserve Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 1lb LSCC ground sausage of your choice, our favorite is the Zesty Italian!

Directions:
•Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
•While pasta cooks, add butter and garlic to a large skillet over medium high heat.
•Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until butter is melted and garlic begins to brown.
•Slowly add in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens on medium heat, about 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently.
•Add in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (optional).
•Stir in cooked meat of your choice and add to pot with drained pasta.

Mix together, serve, and enjoy!
