Blue Bridge Hospitality, established in 1998, is the managing partner and co-developer of the new Liberty Public Market in Liberty Station, San Diego. Blue Bridge is an innovative restaurant group with a portfolio of six distinct concepts located in Coronado, California — Stake Chophouse & Bar, Leroy’s Kitchen + Lounge, MooTime Creamery, Village Pizzeria, Lil’ Piggy’s Bar-B-Q and Coronado Coffee Company. With Liberty Public Market, Blue Bridge Hospitality will debut Mess Hall, a restaurant featuring an inventive daily menu where nearly all of the vegetables, proteins and ingredients will be sourced directly from the market’s artisans; Crafted Baked Goods, a dessert and pastry shop; Scooped by MooTime, locally hand-crafted ice cream treats; and Grape Smuggler, a fine w**e tasting room and retail shop.
