We are incredibly excited to announce that Colusa Coffee Co will officially be open August 29, 2026! We will be posting hours at a later date.
In the meantime, every Thursday evening (August 6, 13, and 20) we will be open from 6 pm to 10 pm. We will be posting our specials soon! Stop by and check us out!

Here we are…our first post!✨
This is exciting for us!
For those of you who don’t know, Colusa is an old schoolhouse located in SW Kansas. We are a small roastery and will soon be open as a coffee shop! This project started in 2019 and has been a labor of love since then. We are going to do our best to keep you all updated on our progress here! While this is still a work in progress, feel free to stop by and check it out or pick up a bag of coffee! Thank you for your support so far. :)
