At EPIC, the experience is never limited to the dining table. Sometimes, our guests surprise us, inspire us...and even teach us a new trick or two.

We are especially grateful to a generous businessman who took a moment to help our host, Mr. Jack Keating—yes, the son of Chef Jamie and Melissa—perfect his tie using the distinguished Eldredge Knot.

This intricate, 15-step knot is tied entirely with the narrow end of the tie, creating a bold, braided effect reminiscent of a fishbone. Sophisticated, unexpected, and certainly memorable.

Hospitality is about meaningful connections, shared moments, and learning from one another.
