Have you had a chance to try this beautiful Colombian coffee yet? Currently on bar as our espresso offering (but also dialed in for pour over, if you ask nicely), Victoria Bonilla’s washed Aruzi is a treat for the tastebuds.
Roasted lovingly by our friends at , we are savoring notes of black cherry, chocolate, and date when drinking straight as a shot. Mixed into one of our signature lattes, this coffee marries perfectly with a more reserved profile that allows our flavor combos to shine, while providing a solid, hearty, and slightly bright foundation for the drink.
Victor Bonilla himself comes from a line of coffee growers in the Huila region, and he is doing some truly remarkable things at Finca La Chorrera. We are proud to serve his incredible harvest roasted to perfection by Flower Child, so come on by and grab some while it’s hot (or iced)!
