What a great start to this week! We are working on three projects within our brand, and let me tell you, this is going to be remarkable. Our projects will include a short but catchy narrative that conveys the feel and essence of the taste of our coffees. Additionally, we are committed to sponsoring a local coffee-growing family or a local artisan while still used our compostable packing solutions! We can’t wait to show you where we’re headed, and we want you to savor our delicious coffees.

Woow 2 years ago we started this journey!!! And let me tell you, this has been quite an experience!

Two years ago three crazy amigos decided that the pandemic would not stop the desire of thinking outside the box to create a startup, then Cafécito de Honduras was born.

Cafécito De Honduras is a product that thrives because we are eager to bring the most sustainable practices that we can achieve to your table. By using compostable packing and stickers, as well partnering with fincas that use sustainable practices to provide a tasteful product, we are doing our part to take care of the environment. Plus we love our give back to the community program, where we are empowering our consumers (You) to be an active member by contributing to the wellbeing of our partners (farmer) who bring this delicacy to your morning, to your meals, your work meetings, etc. We like to have a purpose, and we want you to be part of this.

Today we are also celebrating National Coffee Day (October 1st International Coffee Day 😉)I would like to celebrate year número Dos of this entrepreneurial moment in the life of Cafécito de Honduras with you guys. Salud mi gente… From farm to table, from table to farm.

Today in We would like to talk to you about our commitment to sustainability, and practices that we are taking to make our start up a more socially conscious business. We also would would like to talk to you about the future of coffee.

Why our brand is rooted in sustainable principles? Well the coffee cherries we use in our product is rust resistant which means it leads to the use of less pesticide, our cherry is a high density, and has a low moisture content, which makes the roasting process is quicker since there is little water to absorb the heat. What all these means that during the production of the roast, we are able to use less energy and we can protect our partners from the utilization of fertilizer which are well known in this industry.

Other sustainable strategies that we are utilizing for our start up brand, is that our packing and new labels are made of Compostable materials. With this strategy we can control that when our packing is disposed in a non compostable environment, the packing and label will eventually turn into compost, and in exchange it helps the soils absorb carbon which could balance your carbon footprint 👣.

Then we would like to talk about the future. We know that coffee production is the fifth most polluted crop in the value chain. And we also understand that climate chain is affecting growers around the world and they need to adapt this current temperature cycle. How you though of coffee without the beans??? The CEO of Compound Foods and fellow Central American is just doing that Compound Foods
While currently we cannot think of coffee without beans, not long ago we could not think of an office without a fax, or to have hand held devices like the one that you have now to take pictures and to make call, or run an entire business using mobil technology. Well then we must adapt and look for ways how to serve our planet in a better way, and personality I can not wait to cafe a with this amazing new product from her innovative company.

Hints: Do you know that in lieu of fertilizer you can use the last harvest coffee pulp 🤓
