Good morning on a Monday after a busy Sunday. We apologize for any wait time some of our favorite customers experienced yesterday. Sleeping on ideas to help things to be more efficient. Going to make sure we are ahead on quiche because they our a lot of peoples favorite. Maybe figure out how to get an extra burner in the truck and now working towards the future of another little trailer in the back by the patio ( with some kind of showcase ) that we could open on the weekends to keep the line moving a little faster where anyone who was just getting pastries and croissants could zip in and out. We have the best customers we want to treat you right! We promise to get even better for you in the future. Thanks again sorry to be so wordy just lettin you know we appreciate you all helping us grow. Much 💗
