Columbus Coffee Fest 2026 is officially over and what a party it was. Thank you to everyone who engaged in a conversation with us, sampled our coffee, and made it another successful year up north!

Our Orange Juniper Guji Nitro was such a hit this weekend that it will be coming to the shop! Be on the look out for the announcement soon. It’s a rootin’ tootin’ good time!

Make sure to come see us at Cincinnati Coffee Fest on October 24th and 25th. We will be bringing some really exciting coffees with us including the return of Guava Banana and a brand new Geisha! Hope to see y’all there!

Cincinnati’s book crawl started and our neighbors Major Minor Books & Such are participating! If you’re stopping by for coffee and food or just in the neighborhood, please make sure to take the time, stop by and support them!

It may not feel like it right now, but cold weather will be here before we know it. We can all help those who may be in need of staying warm this winter, by donating any new or gently used coats. You can drop off your donations at the Silverton Town Hall any weekday up from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. now until Friday, October 16th.

Sometimes, a little extra room in your closet can mean a little extra warmth for someone else. If you have a new or gently used winter coat you no longer need, consider giving it a second life.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office's annual Coats from Cops Drive is back! Bring your donation to Silverton Town Hall between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays through Friday, Oct. 16.

🍁🍂 AUTUMN MENU 🍂🍁

Our autumn menu is (partially) here and while the leaves haven’t fallen just yet, we certainly have for these menu additions. Some returning classics, some new favorites, all a reminder of the perfect time of year.

- Green Apple Matcha: Bright, refreshing, and a reminder that fall days are upon us. Crisp green apple and a hint of cinnamon paired with o5 J-25 Matcha. Available hot or iced.

- Bella Chow Grits: Peppadew chow chow and fried pork belly tossed in cola BBQ glaze over cheddar grits.

- Succotash Grit Bowl: Corn, black eyed peas, peppers, onions, okra, tomato aioli, and pepita on cheddar grits.

- Figgy Chippy: Smashed fried potatoes, fig jam, melty brie, mustard aioli, and fried sage on toasted wheatberry bread.

- Cake Walk: House pancakes topped with cinnamon apple, whipped cream, and vanilla wafer crunch.

- Hoo-ray Parfait: House vanilla yogurt topped with cinnamon apple and house granola.

- Banana Crème Shortcake: Banana jam, brûléed banana, whipped cream, and vanilla wafer crunch on a house biscuit.

All items available starting today.

Introducing Ethiopia Guji - We’ve been brewing it for a few months but we thought it deserved a proper introduction. This natural process is bursting with notes of blackberry and plum and reminds us of velvet. Come grab one from our pour over menu or take a bag home with you. We would love to serve you this weekend.

Race on down to the shop this Sunday, August 30th, from 10-1 for a free safety check from the boys at Reser Bicycle Outfitters

They’ll be here to inspect your bikes for the trails ahead and make sure your rides go as smooth as possible!

While you’re here, you can pick Gabe and his team’s brains about the sport of cycling. They’re always glad to share their years of experience with newcomers and experienced riders alike!

They will also be bringing some Reser swag with them as well! While you’re here, try our new chai slushie and korean corn grits!

Seven years ago, our vision began. Seven years later, we’re still seeing it through. While the appearance may have changed, the mission has remained: to leave those better than we found them.

Thank you for sharing every drink and meal at our tables. Thank you for serving our coffee near and far. Thank you for believing in the vision. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.

This week marks the end of an era for Proud Hound.

This was David’s last week at the Hound and Sunday will be his final day in the shop.

David was the OG hound with me and was a part of the heartbeat that brought this cafe to life. Together we dreamed up the cafe we wanted to see in Cincinnati. The ground work and legacy he helped lay will carry on in this space.

I’m incredibly lucky to have been able to build something with my best friend.

Please come and give him an incredible send off for all the hospitality and work he has given our community and our team.

Blue matcha is a mixture of butterfly pea flower, earl grey tea, and bergamot. Available hot or iced!

This person will possess a love for food and community, an open-mind, and the hunger to serve.

Full-Time and weekend availability required. 4 days on, 3 days off scheduling.

For the front of house team:

This person will have guest forward mindset, always looking for ways to elevate the experience. They will also bring a meticulous approach to the barista side with an eagerness to push boundaries.

Part time and full time available. Weekend availability is required.
