It is captured in the quality of the food, the energy and elegance of the atmosphere, the impeccability of service and the overall dining experience. When you dine with us, you are our guest and we do everything possible to treat you to a show unlike any other. While each of our restaurants has a unique background and story to tell, there is a common thread that runs through everything we do- a commitment to perfection that is The Jeff Ruby Experience.

40 years at The Waterfront and The Precinct.

For four decades, Dave has welcomed countless guests through our doors, and a few nights stand out above the rest.

The ones spent learning from Jeff Ruby as he ran the restaurant floor. The ones spent serving Cincinnati legend Pete Rose. The ones spent working alongside Charlie Bledsoe.

Thank you for 40 years, Dave. ❤️

Two incredible careers, one great love story. ❤️

Today, we're celebrating Dave's 40th work anniversary! Dave met his wife Cherran while working with us, and 30 years later, they’re still part of the Ruby family.

Cheers to Dave, Cherran, and to a pretty great love story that started right here. 🥂

Cincinnati pride, on a plate.

Inspired by Joe Burrow, our Steak Burrow features USDA Prime New York Strip, known for its robust flavor and beautiful marbling.

Finished with bold Cajun seasoning and Creole Crawfish Sauce, it's a dish worthy of its namesake.

Of all the cocktails behind the bar, this is the one Brandon Ruby reaches for most often. 🥃

His signature Old Fashioned takes a timeless classic and adds unexpected depth with espresso liqueur, maple syrup, and mole bitters.

Menu Spotlight: Wagyu 🥩

It all starts with the right cut. Our chefs hand-select each piece for its exceptional marbling, quality and flavor.

As it cooks, that intricate marbling melts into the beef, creating the rich, buttery tenderness that makes Wagyu so special.
