Creatine isn’t a “magic pill”—it requires a little bit of discipline to see the best results:

• Consistency is Key: This isn’t a “take it when you feel like it” supplement. You need a minimum of 5 grams every single day (even on rest days) to keep your muscle stores saturated.

• Hydration: Since creatine pulls water into the muscles, you need to stay on top of your water intake. Aim for at least a gallon a day.
