Hi! I'm Liz. 👋

After 17 years in business, I wanted to check in with the people who helped make The Cheesecakery what it is today—you.

The conversation took a few unexpected turns 😅, so I wanted to make sure your ideas didn't get lost.

If you're new here, The Cheesecakery started with just me baking from my home kitchen 17 years ago. We later grew into a food truck, and eventually into the storefront we have today.

I'm literally just a girl who had a dream of owning a bakery. ❤️ I'm a Cincinnati native, I still live and work here, and I'm incredibly grateful you've supported this dream.

We're still a very small business with fewer than 10 team members, and I'm still a hands-on owner wearing about a hundred different hats. That also means I read your comments myself, and your feedback genuinely helps shape what we do next.

Some ideas are already in the works, some may take a little more time, and others are staying on our wish list.

Thank you for supporting me and my little team for the past 17 years. It truly means more than you'll ever know. ❤️

Apparently, if you only take three bites of something indulgent, you're supposed to feel satisfied.

So naturally...

I took two tiny little bites...
