Let's cook dried chickpeas in a pressure cooker. I've done this both ways. Soaked over night or not soaked. The process is the same.
1. Pour chickpeas into a pressure cooker.
2. Cover with 3x amount of water.
3. Cook on high setting for 45 min for done but slightly firm. Good for salads or over rice etc. Cook for 55 min if you want to blend into hummus.
4. Natural release or quick release doesn't mater.
5. Enjoy
