After years of festivals, farmers markets, weddings, corporate events, and more gelato scoops than we could ever count, we’re passing the Dojo catering truck on to its next owner.
Our business has evolved around our production kitchen, retail shops, catering carts, and wholesale work, so the truck simply does not get the use it deserves anymore.
It’s a 2005 Workhorse P42 with a professional All-A-Cart mobile kitchen build-out and could be a great fit for someone looking to launch or expand a gelato, ice cream, coffee, dessert, smoothie, or mobile café concept.
Full disclosure: it needs an engine replacement, and that is reflected in the price.
