Arepas de Coco puertorriqueñas…not the same as Colombian or Venezuelan arepa. Our arepa is rooted in the traditions of Afro-Caribbean cuisine, reflecting the island’s blend of Spanish ingredients (wheat, frying techniques) and African influences (coconut use and fritter traditions).
