‼️We are so excited to host Omi Hopper + WGN’s Ana Belaval at NMPRAC to celebrate Omi’s NEW cookbook, “Cooking con Omi: A Love Letter to Puerto Rican Home Cooking.”
Join us for a very special afternoon with TikTok star, cookbook author, and Next Level Chef finalist Omallys “Omi” Hopper as she celebrates the release of her debut cookbook, Cooking con Omi: A Love Letter to Puerto Rican Home Cooking.
Published by Ten Speed Press, Cooking con Omi features 100 recipes rooted in Puerto Rican tradition, family memory, and the flavors that connect us to home. From cremita de maíz to tres leches de coquito, this cookbook is a love letter to every kitchen that smelled like abuela’s.
The afternoon includes a live conversation and cooking demonstration with WGN-TV anchor Ana Belaval, where the two will make sofrito together while discussing the book, the recipes, and the stories behind them.
Omi previously partnered with NMPRAC in 2023 for a sold-out event, and we expect this one to go just as fast. DON’T WAIT!
Tickets: $40 per person. Includes signed copy of Cooking con Omi, meet-and-greet access, light appetizers, and beverages.
