Spiral cavatappi with sliced chicken breast, brown butter sautéed butternut squash, fresh sage, caramelized onions, parmesan cream sauce, and spicy candied bacon ❤️🥓 If only you could smell the brown butter and sage through the photo the way you can in the restaurant! Ricky, lead cook at our Adams location and part of the Sopraffina family since 1993, alongside Jhonny, who quickly became one of his closest friends after joining the team in 1996.

Circa 2010 📸 On the left, Fidel—best known for making our Minestrone and Special Soups—has been serving up comfort for over 15 years. On the right is Jhonny, our most tenured delivery team member, who joined in 1996 and is still the only one brave enough to take on the bike ride.
