Our fried perch is a mild, tender white fish with a delicate, slightly sweet flavor. We cut it into chip sized pieces, bread it, and fry it until it’s golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned.

“Fish Chips” because they’re crispy, easy to eat, and seriously addictive! 😋🐟

If you love fried fish but want something a little lighter and more delicate, perch is definitely worth trying.
