Ever wonder what a James Beard level dining experience is like? Well this is your chance to find out in a three-hour, seven-course culinary journey prepared by Chef Mary Cook and paired with award winning spirits from Virginia's oldest distillery, the A. Smith Bowman Distillery.
Chef Mary has curated this SEVEN course tasting menu to honor the culinary heritage of VA with a modern twist worthy of a James Beard level dinner.
Chef Mary will be joined for the evening by Master Distiller, David Bock, who will share his first hand knowledge of spirit making and secrets behind Bowman's gold medal winning spirits from gin to rum and of course bourbon. Locally sourced Virginia ingredients highlight every dish while Virginia made spirits compliment each bite.
