Affogato joins our menu as a limited special throughout July! Featuring Splendora's Gelato gelato, each affogato is topped with a double shot of espresso, sea salt, olive oil and a touch of coffee dust. The default flavor is a rich and creamy vanilla, but we are happy to offer a fudgy, non-dairy chocolate as well.

We’re excited to announce our third international coffee collaboration, this time with Fuglen from Oslo, Norway.

With locations in Oslo, Tokyo, Seoul & Jakarta, you can now try their coffee here in Charlottesville!

We’re proud to bring a small piece of their coffee culture to Tribute Coffee.

At Tribute, we’ve always believed great cafés are built through connection, curiosity and sharing experiences from around the world.

This collaboration continues that journey, allowing our community to experience coffee from one of the industry’s most iconic roasters.

For June we are hosting a very special Tribute Sunday! Join our team, alongside guest baristas and .jackie.of.all.trades, as we raise money for . FLAG Club strives to empower people with the ability to protect their physical and emotional well-being through intersectional feminist self-defense education, with a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and community resilience.

As usual, Tribute will donate 20% of our gross profit from 6/28 to FLAG. While we will be running the event all day, Nikki and Jackie will be on site starting at 10am!

We are honoured to be using their Rwanda Nkara Soil Project Lot.1204.

This Nkara lot is characterized by juicy citrus notes, similar to Japanese mandarin orange and grapefruit, followed by a deep, lingering finish that recalls roasted hojicha tea.

We will taste and learn about different coffees roasted by Happ Coffee Roasters.

This is a great opportunity to expand your coffee palate, try something new, and meet fellow coffee lovers.

This guided tasting event will provide you with the opportunity to:

☕ Explore the distinct fragrance, aroma, and flavors of a selection of different coffees from diverse origins.

☕ Learn the techniques used by coffee roasters to determine the tasting notes that go on the side of a bag of coffee.

☕Build up your coffee community by connecting with other coffee lovers in a relaxed and engaging environment.

Feel free to bring any coffee questions with you! This cupping will be led by Tara, Happ's Coffee Education and Wholesale Relationships Manager. She has a wealth of knowledge, 11+ years in the industry, and loves to chat about all things coffee.
