Frolic is a small batch, bean to bar chocolate manufacturer based out of Charlottesville, VA, where we make 100% of our chocolate directly from fine-flavor cacao beans. The smell of hand crafted, artisanal bars and confections waft through our small mountain studio as we diligently work. We sort, clean, roast, crack, hull, grind, conche, temper, and mould our bean

s into silky bars and treats full of massive chocolate flavor. We do the A LOT of work so all of us chocolate lovers can unite and geek out over Virginia-crafted deliciousness. We hand select our beans from around the world for their naturally diverse, delicious, and unique qualities. Frolic is also a small roastery for ethically traded coffee. We specialize in roasts for the cold brew method. We do events, the Charlottesville Farmers Markets, and are available for catering. We serve our cold brew on tap over ice.
