We have some exciting news to share from the FS Food Group family! 🍷

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Mary Wilson, who has been promoted to Beverage Director, and Evelin Elsner, who steps into the role of Assistant Beverage Director.

Mary has been an integral part of our team, bringing more than a decade of hospitality experience, an incredible knowledge of wine and spirits, and a genuine love for sharing that knowledge with our teams and guests. As Beverage Director, she’ll continue leading beverage education and developing the wine and cocktail programs across our family of restaurants.

Evelin joined us behind the bar at Little Mama’s Italian in 2021, and getting to watch her grow within FS Food Group over the past five years has been incredibly special. In her new role, she’ll oversee beverage operations for our Italian concepts, bringing her creativity, leadership and passion for hospitality to the teams she works with every day.

We feel very lucky to have these two talented women growing and leading with us. Please join us in raising a glass to Mary and Evelin and two very well-deserved promotions! 🥂

Over the weekend, our team had the honor of coming together to create an incredible evening of food for Claire’s Army’s 10th Annual Gala. From building passed apps to bringing each food station to life, it took plenty of hands, teamwork, and heart to make it all happen.

For 20 years, we have been proud to be part of , celebrating Italian culture, cuisine, and community right here in Charlotte 🇮🇹✨ We can’t wait to be back for the 21st annual Festa on Sunday, May 17th in Uptown!

📝 About the event:
This all-inclusive event features 25+ culinary partners showcasing Italian and Italian-American cuisine and beverages during the Grand Tasting experience. Guests can anticipate live performances, chef demonstrations, an Italian sports car exhibit, art show, an Italian Village Market, and more in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, NC. Spring cocktail attire is encouraged.
