About last night… 💫 We had a fantastic time hosting “By the Starlight: euphoria On The Road” here at Ever Andalo! This collaborative dinner brought together an impressive lineup of Michelin-recognized restaurants, a Top Chef contestant, and culinary talent from restaurants featured on Top Chef: Carolinas. What a treat to have , , and (and their teammates) join , , and in the kitchen! ❤️ Big thanks to and for the delicious partnership. “Many times you find a diamond of a restaurant, it’s in the perfect location and the food is outstanding. Almost never, do you find a restaurant with one crucial additional element: service. Typically, you sacrifice food quality or location if you want great service. I can count on one hand the number of restaurants I have visited that have all three. Now, because of Abigail, I need to start counting on my other hand.

She was attentive, kind, and smiled. These all are things a proper server is trained to do. However, Abigail truly meant it, it wasn’t a show-she truly has a love for making people feel special. From the custom, hand-written thank you note, to the surprise anniversary dessert, she (and the entire team) made my wife and I FEEL loved. You literally can not find that anywhere. The level of finesse and expertise she exemplified should be taught in a class to all operators who want their guests to feel special. That drives loyalty and ultimately, profit. Take it from someone who managed the Flagler Steakhouse at The Breakers Palm Beach, we lived for those little moments because we ultimately knew it was the unquantifiable, intangibles, that made our business so successful!

🍽️ FAMILY DINNER! We’re always bouncing around from one restaurant to the next .land … and this week took us to Ever Andalo. When we go, we’re tuned into even the tiniest ways we can improve. Nice to hear my very particular husband,Jeff, say, “This was an A+ meal all around.” Next stop in our family dinner rotation: .land ! Fantastic job to the team at EA!

One of our favorite farms? — for their incredible mushroom selection! 🍄‍🟫 uses their locally-grown mushrooms in the very popular Mushroom Tortelloni dish (paired with truffle oil, shaved parmigiano reggiano, and a beautiful porcini cream.) Thank you, !
