THE MENU
Bread Service - Rye focaccia with rosemary goat cheese
1️⃣ Wagyu Tartare - spruce & lemon dressing, parmesan, benne crostini
2️⃣ Bass Cake - alpine herbs, focaccia breadcrumb, red kuri squash purée
3️⃣ Agnolotti di Patate - potato and ricotta stuffed pasta, grana podano burro e salvia, hazelnut crumble
4️⃣ Braised Lamb Shank - red w**e demi, celeriac purée
5️⃣ Apple Granita - chantilly, streusel
