At O-Ku, the finest fish find their way to your plate, and some of the very best come straight from Japan. Each week, these fish make the journey from Japanese waters to King Street, arriving as fresh as the day they were caught. Meet them:

🐟 Kinki — One of the most prized and sought-after fish in all of Japan, and for good reason. It's celebrated for its rich and melt-in-your-mouth buttery flavor.

🐟 Akamutsu — Pulled from the depths of the ocean, often 200 meters below the surface, this rare white fish is so prized and fatty it has earned a fitting nickname: the Toro of white fish.
