Home of the Bushido Seppuku Challenge, we bring the heat! Challengers must eat 10 spicy tuna rolls, the level of heat increasing with each roll. Anyone can sample any level of heat, but a waiver must be signed to participate in the challenge or to try anything above level 5. Challengers who achieve the status of Legend by enduring the heat will be bestowed upon the much coveted Bushido headband, which entitles them to a complimentary appetizer when they visit Bushido while proudly wearing the headband.
