Wich Cream The ice cream sandwich on another level: unique brownie crust, easy to eat, local & sustainable ingredients. Wich Cream? is the brainchild of Brandon Belk.

Upon graduating from the College of Charleston, Brandon dove headfirst into the food and beverage industry -- bartending, serving, managing, and eventually studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. After bouncing around for a bit, Brandon took a job at The Grocery in Charleston, SC. It was here that he rediscovered his passion for food and found the inspiration to make his own vision come true.

Shortly thereafter, Brandon met his future wife and partner, Lauren, in a love-at-first-sight moment while working on a busy Saturday evening. Now they spend hours in the kitchen making ice cream, baking, and testing every delicious ice cream sandwich combination.
