Serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, the restaurant is spread throughout three buildings with eleven quaint dining areas including a turn-of-the-century courtyard featuring a mammoth Magnolia tree. 82 Queen is a three time winner of the ‘Best City Restaurant’ award from Southern Living magazine and five time recipient of the Award of Excellence from W**e Spectator magazine. 37 years later, and 82 Queen is still part of their story.

In 1989, these newlyweds honeymooned in Charleston and chose 82 Queen for a special dinner. On a tight newlywed budget, dining with us was a splurge, and one that became part of a memory they would carry with them for decades.

Over the years, they’ve returned to celebrate anniversaries and share the place that holds so many memories with their family.

We’re honored to have been a small part of their story then, and even more grateful to still be part of it 37 years later. Thank you for sharing these beautiful photos and memories with us.

Here’s to a lifetime of love, memories, and meals worth remembering. 🥂
