Our Fall 2026 menu is here, bringing new flavors, seasonal ingredients and plenty of new reasons to join us at the table.

Tickets are officially live for the Wh***ey & Wagyu Experience at Char Blu.

Join us Thursday, October 15th for an intimate six-course dining experience featuring Fellers Ranch Wagyu, thoughtfully crafted seasonal courses and an evening centered around exceptional food, wh***ey and the stories behind them.

Guests can enjoy the dinner on its own or enhance the evening with an Angel’s Envy wh***ey pairing featuring two cocktails and three neat pours, or a curated six-course w**e pairing.
