We just whipped up a batch of our gluten-free raspberry cookies and we wanted to share the process with you. As always, these babies are made from scratch in house.

House-made English muffins or garlic herb biscuits, fresh egg, melted cheese, and your choice of protein. Here are our breakfast sandwich options:
• Sausage, egg & cheddar
• Bacon, egg & cheddar

• Honey ham & cheddar

Finish it your way with a house-made sauce:
• Chipotle aioli
• Garlic herb aioli
• Honey mustard

Available open–11am… and sometimes a little later if we’ve got the goods (and you ask nicely 😉)

Hello everyone!

Quick heads up that we’ll be taking a short summer break next week. As a small, locally owned family business with a very small team, we need a little time to rest and recharge.

We’ll be open as usual this week (6/16–6/20), and then we’ll be closed next week (6/23–6/27). We’ll be back to normal hours after that.

Thanks so much for your support, we appreciate you all!

Our scones are made 8 at a time. Cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls, 24 or fewer at a time. English muffins, 12 at a time. Our breads are usually made just 2 or 3 loaves at a time. And so on.

Small-batch baking isn’t always the fastest or most efficient way to do things, and sometimes it means we sell out before the end of the day. But we believe it’s worth it.

Making smaller batches allows us to focus on freshness and quality, and we hope that shows in every item that leaves our bakery.

We’ve got new batches of jam in store today! Over the weekend we whipped up some Mango Habanero Jam and Strawberry Kiwi Jam. The Mango does has a bit of a kick to it, so if you’re looking for something sweet and spicy, look no further!
