This weekend, we’re featuring our Corn & Crab Fritters served with an apricot horseradish dipping sauce, along with our Caprese Salad with fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, grilled shrimp, and basil.

Our Apple Harvest Salmon is also on the menu, featuring salmon stuffed with red and green apples, cranberries, herbs, and pumpkin seeds, finished with an apple c***r glaze and served with sweet mashed potatoes.

We’re also featuring shrimp simmered in a roasted red pepper cream sauce with spinach and tomatoes, served over pasta. Plus, enjoy our Grilled Swordfish with cilantro chimichurri and grilled pineapple salsa, served with white rice.

What do we do with all of this freshly picked produce from Gresczyk Farms? Why, we serve it up in delectable dishes like our grilled shrimp Caprese salad, of course!

Try some of these beautiful veggies yourself this weekend at Saybrook Fish House in Canton! Along with the Caprese salad, we’re featuring our mouthwatering corn and crab fritters with apricot horseradish sauce.

Our entrée specials this weekend include brown sugar pecan crusted salmon filet with mashed sweet potatoes and spinach, shrimp simmered in Gorgonzola cream cause with spinach and tomatoes over farfalle, and grilled swordfish with mashed potatoes and asparagus topped with lemon caper butter. Lobster, King Crab, steamed clams, and fried oysters are also available.

What better way to spend Labor Day Weekend than enjoying one of our scrumptious seafood specials on our beautiful patio?

This weekend, we're serving up steamed clams in butter w**e with garlic spice and fried oysters with an apricot horseradish sauce as our special appetizers.

For dinner, enjoy a grilled half rack of Saint Louis Ribs with 5 fried shrimp and mashed sweet potatoes, or our oven-roasted salmon filled with crab meat, shiitake mushrooms, onions, peppers, and celery, served over mashed potatoes and topped with Hollandaise. Plus, we'll have shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, heirloom grape tomatoes, onions, peppers, squash, and sugar snap peas served over farfalle pasta, and grilled swordfish topped with lemon caper butter served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Join us at Saybrook Fish House in Canton this weekend and try our delicious special dishes, including our ginger soy pan-seared salmon served over white rice with a salad of English cucumbers and sugar snap peas and the Ultimate Surf & Turf, a grilled 14oz prime cut NY strip steak topped with 5 shrimp in scampi sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus!

Along with our caprese salad topped with 5 grilled shrimp, we’re also featuring a grilled swordfish topped with lemon caper butter served with mashed potatoes and asparagus and our Seafood Louisiana Sauté with shrimp, sea scallops, mussels in a Cajun cream sauce over fettuccini pasta

We’re also featuring a caprese salad topped with 5 grilled shrimp, plus grilled swordfish topped with lemon caper butter served with mashed potatoes and asparagus and shrimp simmered in lobster cream sauce with spinach and tomatoes, served over fettuccine.
