We are looking for a Full-Time Head Chef & Catering Coordinator to join our team at LaSalle Market & Deli in beautiful, historic Collinsville, CT.

This isn’t your typical restaurant kitchen position. NO LATE NIGHT HOURS! 🙌

We’re looking for someone who loves being hands-on in the kitchen but is also ready to take on a leadership role.

Responsibilities include:
🍳 Hands-on cooking
📦 Maintaining kitchen inventory
📝 Ordering and purchasing
👨‍🍳 Supervising and supporting our cooks
✨ Creating daily specials and new menu items
🥘 Managing Catering
