We’re ideally looking for someone interested in learning to work the line with our chefs two nights a week, with the rest of their shifts washing dishes. Happy Labor Day! It’s no secret that the hospitality business is a tough one, and especially at the end of a busy Maine summer there’s a collective sense of exhaustion. Our amazing team works hard year-round to deliver the 40 Paper experience to our guests, and today we honor that hard work by giving everyone the day off. We’ll see you back here tomorrow!
