Bakers get the flu.🤢🤢
Babies need holding.💙💙💗
Gallbladders die. 🤮🤮

All the things.....

We've baked through snow and ice, no power, no water, broken legs, casts and crutches. Early labor, brand spanking new babies, ballgames and family disasters. Floods and electrical fires. Freezers down. Weddings. Birthdays and all that's in-between.
In the wee hours of this morning, we realized we were just down for the count today. With 37 minutes to make it from the hospital to the oven, we decided to just pause the Bakery for today.

We will be a little short on those scratch made cookies that you love, but hopefully by late this evening or early morning tomorrow, we can turn the mixer back on and fire up Dorthy (she's our oven if you didn't know)

We are OPEN, and hope to see you. It is a great day for a streaming cup of coffee, a slice of bread and some muffins. The kitchen is open, and our baristas are happy to serve you.

In the mean time, we're gonna take a morning to regroup, catch a second of sleep, hope the meds kick in and make a good plan.

We sure love you, Burnsville. We thank you sincerely for you support.
