May is here and so is our most swoon-worthy pie yet. Meet the Blushing Carbonara — everything you love about the Italian classic, reimagined on a perfectly baked crust.

We started with a garlic butter base, piled on a dreamy blush sauce, added some bacon and scrambled egg because carbonara said so, then buried the whole thing in grated parm + mozzarella.

the result? a pizza that's rich, rosy, and a little sassy. Just like May deserves. 🌹
