Love going to the farmers markets on the weekends to introduce our prepared meal delivery clients to something new like our latest obsession - organic Flower Power salad blend from Rolling Hills Farm paired with their cherry tomatoes and our caramelized onion and goat cheese tarts for a nutritious and delicious weekday lunch.

Leading up to Independence Day, we had the pleasure of partnering with The Federal Twist Vineyard to create a memorable evening celebrating the spirit of 1776.

Guests were welcomed with a glass of Federal Twist wine or a handcrafted mocktail before enjoying hearty hors d'oeuvres inspired by Martha Washington's recipes. Throughout the evening, George Washington himself brought history to life, sharing the remarkable story of the Continental Army's darkest days and the "Ten Crucial Days" that forever changed the course of the American Revolution.

Adding to the experience was a beautiful exhibition by the talented artists of the
Hunterdon County Rug Artisans Guild, whose handcrafted works celebrated another rich piece of our nation's heritage.

It was a wonderful reminder that food has the power to bring people together—not just around the table, but around history, storytelling, and shared experiences.

Grazie mille to for introducing me to the way Romans really eat!

From unique Jewish-Roman treats like ‘pizza’ ebraica, street foods like fried artichokes and scrocchiarella, an Enotecha with all natural handmade wines and of course gelato 🍧 we grazed our way through a food tour deeply rooted in the history of Centro Storico, Trastevere and Roman tradition.

Spoiler alert ‼️ No spaghetti and meatballs here! 🍝

From a full week of customized prepared meal deliveries… to our final summer Club 41 dinner… to a spectacular lobster feast over the weekend, this past week was a great example of all the different ways to experience Zest.

As summer continues, we're currently welcoming a limited number of new meal delivery clients and booking:
• Intimate chef dinners
• End-of-summer gatherings
• Cocktail-style entertaining
• Early fall celebrations

And while our final Club 41 dinner of the summer season has past, planning is already underway for fall and winter experiences. Membership availability is limited, and early inquiries are now open for those who would like priority access to upcoming dinners.

Whether it's meal delivery or a private dinner party, we're passionate about helping our clients spend less time managing meals and more time enjoying life.

Spring was in full bloom at our latest Club 41 dinner — Earth’s Abundance.

The evening began with a refreshing strawberry shrub, followed by a four-course menu celebrating the best of the season’s local produce. Guests enjoyed vibrant ingredients woven throughout the menu like Blue Moon Acres pea leaves, spring greens, Cherry Belle radishes, and None Such Farm asparagus.

We were honored to welcome special guests Jim and Kathy Lyons, owners of Blue Moon Acres. Jim shared insights into regenerative farming practices and the meaningful impact sustainable agriculture has on our food, our health, and our planet.

A beautiful evening of incredible food, thoughtful conversation, and a shared appreciation for the abundance of spring.
