Spring was in full bloom at our latest Club 41 dinner — Earth’s Abundance.
The evening began with a refreshing strawberry shrub, followed by a four-course menu celebrating the best of the season’s local produce. Guests enjoyed vibrant ingredients woven throughout the menu like Blue Moon Acres pea leaves, spring greens, Cherry Belle radishes, and None Such Farm asparagus.
We were honored to welcome special guests Jim and Kathy Lyons, owners of Blue Moon Acres. Jim shared insights into regenerative farming practices and the meaningful impact sustainable agriculture has on our food, our health, and our planet.
