Today is , and we at Lucy’s Vietnamese Kitchen celebrate diversity — in our food, our team, our customers, and our Brooklyn / NYC community. If it wasn’t for the American government welcoming Vietnamese refugees into this country after the Vietnam War, Vietnamese food and culture wouldn’t be in New York today. What’s happening at the border, the separation of parents and kids, and the indefinite incarceration on U.S. soil is a human rights crisis. As a pro-family and pro-immigrant business, we urge all of supporters to stand for the immigrants and family unity — Call your rep, donate to a legal fund, sign a petition, use your platform to influence.
