One year ago today, The New York Times came to Coney Island to tell the story of Gargiulo’s. 🇮🇹❤️

Since 1907, these doors have welcomed generations of families to gather around the table, celebrate life’s biggest moments, and share a meal together.

For our family, this feature was about so much more than a restaurant. It was about the people, the traditions, the food, and the neighborhood that have shaped Gargiulo’s for more than a century.

A year later, we’re still incredibly proud to see our story captured in the pages of The New York Times—and even more grateful to everyone who continues to be part of it.

A special thank you to Regina Nadelson for writing such a beautiful article and helping share the story of Gargiulo’s with the world.
