Brooklyn Roots is all about people, history, and some good food. If you've been here before, you know it is a little bit of a scene, it's not your typical restaurant. I know one thing for sure my father would have been here all the time, with the Sinatra playing and the old school brooklyn attitude we have. This is Brooklyn Roots.

Happy Wednesday everyone! On Special Tonight we have a classic alongside a new special for you -

First, Caprese Salad with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, EVOO & Balsamic. A light appetizer to start off.

Second we have our new creation, Pasta Alla Nando! A blended Roasted Eggplant & Tomato sauce w a touch of cream & nduja sausage, cherry tomatoes, fried eggplant chips & topped with ricotta salata!

We'll also be serving up the newly crowned guest favorite - our Chicken Sunday Sauce Parmigiana! Blended up Sunday Sauce Bolognese on top of crispy chicken cutlets and melty mozzarella. The absolute total package with a side of Rigatoni

Today we wanted to anoint Chef's daughter Cali & nephew Rocco as our Sauce Bosses! Cali has a knack for the kitchen as her Chicken Parm (which is on the menu!) has stayed as an absolute hit! Provolone, Garlic and Vodka Sauce, the perfect twist on the all time classic

Today we have Sunday Sauce of course, Softshell Crabs Francese, Halibut Oreganata & Stuffed Zucchini Flowers !

Happy Tuesday! Instead of a nightly special, today we wanted to highlight an OG to not only our menu, but to Italian food in general - our Pan Fried Meatballs! Slow cooked & topped off with a burrata, it's the perfect way to start off the meal. Don't shy away from asking us to toast up your bread to make a little sandwich, we encourage that type of behavior.

Tonight on special we have Gnocchi Bolognese, Filet Mignon Parm & Halibut Francese!

We are happy to share with you our menu for the One Really Nice Italian Boy Wine Dinner on July 16th - join us for a taste of Naples, a region where Chef has personally visited multiple times over the last few months & has brought over the old world style for one night in Bay Ridge. Happy Wednesday everyone! We wanted to somehow tie in the Knicks with a post letting you know tonight we have Seafood Salad on special and to be honest with you guys, we couldn't. So just come in for some amazing seafood specials including the aforementioned Seafood Salad, Softshell Crabs & Mussels Marachiara over Bucatini! Seafood Abbondanza always on the menu!

Yes chef has a calamari ring on his finger to keep the good mojo going - now we need Jalen to get one!
